Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a private pool, located 5 minutes walking distance to Isla Verde beach. Voted the best urban beach in the world by USA Today in 2016.
Centrally located near all tourist attractions and Luis Munoz Marin Airport. Walk for a night out on the strip of Isla Verde or take a short drive to Calle Loiza, La placita, Condado and Old San Juan.
Bedroom 1 has two full beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a shower that is located in the hall. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with a full bathroom, a walk in closet, two night stands and a makeup desk. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a full bathroom. All rooms have closets with dressers and nightstands. All rooms have locks with dedicated keys for each room of those particular rooms. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, plates and bowls a toaster and a coffee maker.
The house is private. You will not see us and we will not bother you unless you need us or are not following the rules. But if you do need us reach out and someone will take care of you.

The neighborhood is very safe. Most of the neighbors have lived in their homes 40+ years. Please be respectful.
There is a driveway with a parking and street parking available. Usually if you have two cars you can park behind the other car blocking the driveway. Please don’t block the neighbors driveway. There is room there to fit and not be in the way of the neighbors driveway.
Getting around Uber is available if you don’t have a car. If you do everywhere is easily accessible by route of the Baldorioty (HWY 26)
The house has been completely remodeled 5 years ago and has only been an Airbnb since November. All of the art in the house was created by me. I put a lot of energy and love into the house and you can feel the vibes the moment you walk in the door.
Puerto Rico is a beautiful island, but water and electricity can sometimes go out and this is not predictable. We do have a cistern and to keep water warm a solar hot water heater that is also hooked to electricity.
⭐️*****BEWARE OF INSECTS AT THE BEACH***** ⭐️
Puerto Rico and the Caribbean are waiting for you. As in any beach in the Caribbean, there is a possibility of being bitten by insects while at the beach. Insects like the Sand Bite (Family Ceratopogonidae) which are endemic to the Caribbean are commonly known as no-see-ums, gnats, sand fleas, punkies, sand fly or bitten midgets. These tiny biting insects are barely visible to the naked eye, but their bites can be very annoying. The bite of a sand bites is actually a sting. The effects can be felt several hours after being bitten and are not harmful to human health. A small reddish or white welt, about the size of a freckle is a sure sign you have been bitten. Do not mistake these for mosquitos because there are both and they are equally annoying. Especially around your feet you will know they are sand fleas.
The best way to avoid being bitten is to spray with repellent when you are outside. They are most active during the mornings and evenings.
Use OFF Repellent to avoid being bitten so you can enjoy your vacation bite-free!
